• આ શિક્ષકનું નામ છે ગુરૂદયાલ સરૂપ સૈની.
• વૈધનાથને એ સ્પષ્ટ કર્યું છે કે કંપની એક્ટ મુજબ એના શિક્ષક સૈની એ થર્ડ પાર્ટી છે અને શિક્ષક એ રકમ પર ટેક્સ ચૂકવશે..

• ૨૦૧૮માં મર્જર નહોતું થયું ત્યારે પણ વૈધનાથને CAPITAL FIRST નાં 4,30,000 શેર પોતાના પરિવારના સભ્યો, મિત્રો અને કામ કરવાવાળા નોકર - ચાકરને આપ્યા હતા.

• Vaidhanathan has clarified that according to the Companies Act, his teacher Saini is a third party and the teacher will pay tax on the amount.
• Shares of IDFC FIRST BANK are currently around rs. 30 . So the value of the shares gifted to him is around 30 lakh.
• Vaidhanathan had earlier started Capital First, which was merged into IDFC BANK in december 2018. After the merger, it came to be known as Idfc First Bank.
• Even when the merger did not take place in 2018 , Vaidhanathan gave 4,30,000 shares of Capital First to family members, friends and working servants.
