Land revenue code 1879 section 135 D. જમીન મિલકત ધરાવતા હોય તો જાણવું જરૂરી છે... ૧૩૫ ડી ની નોટીસ શું છે... કોઈપણ મિલકતમાં કંઇપણ ફેરફાર થાય ત્યારે રેકોર્ડમાં એન્ટ્રી પાડી જમીન મહેસુલ અધિનિયમ ૧૮૭૯ ની કલમ 135 ઘ અન્વયે હિત સંબંધ ધરાવનાર ને એક નોટીસ મોકલવામાં આવે છે તેને જ 135 ઘ ની નોટીસ અથવા તો 135 ડી ની નોટીસ કહેવામાં આવે છે. In case of any change in any property, a notice is sent to the interested person under Section 135ઘ of the Land Revenue Act, which is entered in the record.
