 What is 135 D notice ? If you are property owner, it is important for you . Land revenue code 1879 section 135 D. 

    જમીન મિલકત ધરાવતા હોય તો જાણવું જરૂરી છે... ૧૩૫ ડી ની નોટીસ શું છે... 





કોઈપણ મિલકતમાં કંઇપણ ફેરફાર થાય ત્યારે રેકોર્ડમાં એન્ટ્રી પાડી જમીન મહેસુલ અધિનિયમ ૧૮૭૯ ની કલમ 135 ઘ અન્વયે હિત સંબંધ ધરાવનાર ને એક નોટીસ મોકલવામાં આવે છે તેને જ 135 ઘ ની નોટીસ અથવા તો 135 ડી ની નોટીસ કહેવામાં આવે છે. 


    In case of any change in any property, a notice is sent to the interested person under Section 135ઘ of the Land Revenue Act, which is entered in the record. This is called a 135ઘ notice or a 135D notice.

    
Within 30 days from the date of receipt of the notice under Section 135D of the Revenue Act, the interested party can raise an objection in writing or electronically if he has any objection.


        


When such an objection is raised, the entry is first registered as a dispute register and a dispute case is pending before the Mamlatdar Shri.
    
        
All parties including the objector are heard by the Mamlatdar Shri and appropriate order is made as per the rules of law.

The note is approved or rejected as per the order
  • If any party is offended by this decision, they can appeal to the Deputy Collector as per 108 (5) of Land Revenue Rules.
