•  A ray of hope for poor families The Amrutam card scheme in the state government has now been turned into the central government's Ayushman scheme.
•  The scheme will be operational again keeping the old benefits intact, in which the beneficiaries will be issued new cards free of cost on the basis of the old card.
•  The state government has made arrangements to renew the card in the hospitals associated with the Maa Amrutam card.
•  The Maa Amrutam Card Scheme of the State Government has a total of three and a half lakh in Rajkot city and district and the number of beneficiaries is 14 lakh.
•  According to the new plan, a card will be made for each member of the family. For this I have to go to the card issuing centers with Amrutam card.
•  Giving details about the scheme, Rajkot district coordinator Nikhil Jadhav said, "We have started this process for three days."
•  Aayushman card is being issued in place of Maa Amrutam card from 25 centers in Rajkot city and eight centers in the district.
•  People will have to take Aadhar card, their own ration card and Junu Maa Amrutam card to get this card.
•  "Currently, based on the number of people who have an old card and in case of any emergency, we issue a new card immediately and give the benefit of the scheme," Nikhil Jadhav said.
•  No need to worry but you have to renew your card on time. There is no charge for this. Dismissed free of charge.
•  Maa Amrutam Yojana has been running since 2012 and so far millions of people have benefited from it.
•  32500 benefited in Rajkot district last year.  20250 people have benefited in Ayushman yojana..
• Mukhyamantri Amrutam Yojana i.e. Maa Yojana was started in all the districts of Gujarat for the families living below the poverty line.
• The scheme was implemented from 4/9/2012.
• The state government has extended the scope of Mukhyamantri Amrutam Yojana i.e. this scheme to a maximum of five persons from middle class families and implemented Vatsalya Yojana in Mukhyamantri Amrutam from 15/8/2014.
• Caseless treatment up to Rs 5 lakh is provided in Mukhyamantri Maa Amritam and Maa Vatsalya Yojana.

 ગરીબ પરિવારો માટે આશાનું કિરણ બીમારીમાં બનતી રાજ્ય સરકારની માં અમૃતમ કાર્ડ યોજના હવે કેન્દ્ર સરકારની આયુષ્માન યોજના માં ફેરવાઈ છે.

•  જુના લાભ યથાવત રાખીને નવેસરથી યોજના કાર્યરત બનશે,  જેમાં લાભાર્થીઓને જુના કાર્ડને આધારે નવા કાર્ડ વિનામૂલ્યે કાઢી આપવામાં  આવશે.
•  રાજ્ય સરકારે આ માટે મા અમૃતમ કાર્ડ સાથે સંકળાયેલી હોસ્પિટલોમાં કાર્ડ રીન્યુ કરવા માટે વ્યવસ્થા ગોઠવી છે.
•  રાજ્ય સરકારની મા અમૃતમ કાર્ડ યોજનામાં રાજકોટ શહેર અને જિલ્લાના મળીને કુલ સાડા ત્રણ લાખ છે અને લાભાર્થીઓની સંખ્યા 14  લાખ છે.
•  નવી યોજના પ્રમાણે પરિવારના દરેક સદસ્ય માટે કાર્ડ બનશે.  આ માટે હું અમૃતમ કાર્ડ લઇને કાર્ડ કાઢી આપતા કેન્દ્રો ઉપર જવાનું રહેશે.
•  યોજના અંગે વિગતો આપતા રાજકોટ જિલ્લાના સંયોજક નિખિલ જાદવે જણાવ્યું હતું કે ત્રણ દિવસથી અમે આ કાર્યવાહી શરૂ કરી છે.
•  રાજકોટ શહેરમાં 25 કેન્દ્રો અને જિલ્લામાં આઠ કેન્દ્રો ઉપરથી મા અમૃતમ કાર્ડ ની જગ્યાએ આયુષ્માન કાર્ડ કાઢી આપવામાં આવી રહ્યા છે.
•  લોકોએ આ કાર્ડ કઢાવવા માટે આધાર કાર્ડ,  પોતાનું રેશનકાર્ડ અને જુનુ મા અમૃતમ કાર્ડ સાથે લઈ જવાનું રહેશે.
•  હાલ જે લોકો પાસે જૂનું કાર્ડ છે અને કોઈ ઇમર્જન્સી ઊભી થાય તો તેના આધારે અમે તાકીદ થી નવું કાર્ડ કાઢી આપી ને યોજનાનો લાભ આપીએ છીએ એવું નિખિલ જાદવે જણાવ્યું હતું.
•  કોઇ ચિંતા કરવાની જરૂર નથી પરંતુ સમયસર પોતાનું કાર્ડ રીન્યુ કરાવી લેવાનું રહેશે.આ માટે કોઇ ચાર્જ આપવાનો રહેતો નથી. નિશુલ્ક કાઢી આપવામાં આવે છે.
•  ૨૦૧૨થી મા અમૃતમ યોજના ચાલી રહી છે અને તેમાં અત્યાર સુધી લાખો લોકોએ લાભ લીધો છે.
•  રાજકોટ જિલ્લામાં ગયા વર્ષે 32500  ને  લાભ મળ્યો હતો.   આયુષ્માન યોજનામાં 20250 લોકોને લાભ મળી ચૂક્યો છે.
• ગુજરાત રાજ્યના તમામ જિલ્લાઓમાં  ગરીબી રેખા હેઠળ જીવતા કુટુંબો માટે મુખ્યમંત્રી અમૃતમ યોજના એટલે કે મા યોજના શરૂ કરવામાં આવી હતી. 
• મા યોજના તારીખ 4/9/2012 થી અમલમાં મુકાયેલ હતી.
• રાજ્ય સરકારે મુખ્યમંત્રી અમૃતમ યોજના એટલે કે આ યોજનાનો વ્યાપ વધારીને  મધ્યમ વર્ગના પરિવારો ના મહત્તમ પાંચ વ્યક્તિઓને મુખ્યમંત્રી અમૃતમ -  માં વાત્સલ્ય યોજનાનો તારીખ 15/8/2014  થી અમલ કરેલ.
• મુખ્યમંત્રી મા અમૃતમ અને મા વાત્સલ્ય યોજના માં પાંચ લાખ રૂપિયા સુધીની કેસલેસ સારવાર કરવામાં આવે છે.
