The government is committed to increase the birth rate in education and more efforts are needed to make this commitment meaningful. The state government has approved the Wahali Dikari Yojana in the budget of the year 2019
The scheme has been launched as a statewide campaign to increase the birth rate of daughters as well as ensure their education.
Under the Wahali Dikari Yojana, the state government has decided to implement the following Wahali Dikari Yojana to promote female education, to prevent female feticide, to promote female education and to strengthen the position of women in society.
Objective
Increasing the birth rate of daughters
Increasing the education of daughters and reducing the drop out ratio
To empower daughters and women in the society
Prevent child marriage
b) Beneficiary eligibility
The scheme is being implemented from 28 August 2019, so daughters born on and after 28 August 2019 will be eligible for the benefit of this scheme.
All the daughters of the couple's first three children will be eligible for the scheme.
In exceptional cases, if more than one daughter is born in the family during the second or third delivery and the couple has more than three daughters, all the daughters will be eligible for the scheme.
As per the provisions of the Child Marriage Prohibition Act, 2006, only the daughters of couples who are married in adulthood will be eligible for the benefit of this scheme.
The combined annual income limit of a couple seeking benefits under this scheme should be the same two lakh or less for both rural and urban areas. Eligibility must be taken into account with reference to the year ending March 31, immediately following the beneficiary's birth.
જન્મ દર વધારવા શિક્ષણ માં વધારો કરવા માટે સરકાર કટિબદ્ધ છે અને આજ પ્રતિબદ્ધતાને સાર્થક કરવા માટે વધુ પ્રયત્નોની જરૂર હોય રાજ્ય સરકાર દ્વારા વર્ષ 2019 ના બજેટ માં વહાલી દિકરી યોજના મંજુર કરવામાં આવેલ છે,
આ યોજના દીકરીઓના જન્મને વધારવા તેમજ તેના શિક્ષણને સુનિશ્ચિત કરવા રાજ્યવ્યાપી અભિયાન રૂપે શરૂ કરવામાં આવેલ છે.
વહાલી દીકરી યોજના અંતર્ગત દીકરી મને પ્રોત્સાહન આપવા સ્ત્રી ભૃણ હત્યા અટકાવવા સ્ત્રી શિક્ષણને ઉત્તેજન આપવા અને સમાજમાં સ્ત્રીઓના સ્થાનને વધુ મજબૂત બનાવવા માટે નીચે મુજબના ઉદ્દેશ્યો સિદ્ધ કરવા રાજ્ય સરકાર દ્વારા નીચે મુજબ વહાલી દીકરી યોજના અમલમાં મૂકવાનું ઠરાવવામાં આવે છે.

દીકરીઓનું જન્મનું પ્રમાણ વધારવું
દીકરીઓનો શિક્ષણમાં વધારો કરવો અને ડ્રોપ આઉટ રેશિયો ઘટાડવો
દીકરીઓ સ્ત્રીઓનું સમાજમાં સર્વાંગી સશક્તિકરણ કરવું

b) લાભાર્થીની પાત્રતા
આ યોજના તારીખ 2 8 2019 થી અમલમાં મૂકવામાં આવે છે આથી તારીખ 2 8 2019 ના રોજ અને ત્યારબાદ જન્મેલ દીકરીઓને આ યોજનાનો લાભ મળવાપાત્ર થશે.
દંપતીની પ્રથમ ત્રણ સંતાનો પૈકી ની તમામ દીકરીઓને આ યોજનાનો લાભ મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે.
અપવાદરૂપ કિસ્સામાં બીજી અથવા ત્રીજી પ્રસુતિ વખતે કુટુંબમાં એક કરતાં વધારે દીકરીઓનો જન્મ થાય અને દંપતીની દીકરીઓની સંખ્યા ત્રણ કરતાં વધુ થતી હોય તો પણ તમામ દીકરીઓને આ યોજનાનો લાભ મળવાપાત્ર થશે.
બાળ લગ્ન પ્રતિબંધક અધિનિયમ ૨૦૦૬ ની જોગવાઈ મુજબ પુખ્ત વયે લગ્ન કરેલા હોય તેવા દંપતીની દીકરીઓને જ આ યોજનાનો લાભ મળવાપાત્ર થશે.
આ યોજના અંતર્ગત લાભ મેળવવા માગતા દંપતિ પતિ-પત્નીની સંયુક્ત વાર્ષિક આવક મર્યાદા ગ્રામ્ય અને શહેરી બંને વિસ્તારો માટે એક સમાન બે લાખ કે તેથી ઓછી હોવી જોઈએ. પાત્રતા લાભાર્થીના જન્મના તરત આગળના 31 માર્ચના રોજ પૂર્ણ થતાં વર્ષના સંદર્ભમાં લક્ષમાં લેવાની રહેશે. વધારે માહિતી મેળવવા માટે નીચેની લિંક પર ક્લિક કરો..
