Land survey:
Farmers need to cultivate land for various purposes. Sometimes there is a need to divide the land, sometimes there is a suspicion that the farmers on the side have been forced to do so, there is a need to cultivate the land or for some other reason. In addition, a re-survey is currently being implemented by the government. The re-survey has many shortcomings. At such times, the farmer needs to complain about the water.
At such a time, farmers are unaware of where to lodge a complaint against the mother, so sometimes it is possible that land worth lakhs of rupees will go to someone else. Most of the complaints about motherhood are due to re-survey. Although the re-survey has a rule to measure possession, there are a number of shortcomings due to the error of the employees of the contracting agencies. The government has recently been empowered to dispose of any shortcomings in the re-survey with a simple application so that farmers do not have to go through a lengthy administrative process and no lawyer's fees are incurred.
The applicant shall make such application to the Superintendent of Land Records (SLR).
Such application should be made on 31/12/2020.
Application form:
No sample has been decided by the Government. However, for the convenience of the farmers, a sample has been prepared by them.
જમીન મા૫ણી:
ખેડૂતોને વિવિઘ હેતુઓ માટે જમીન મા૫ણી કરવાની જરૂરિયાત રહેતી હોય છે. કયારેક ભાયોભાગની વહેંચણી કરવાની હોઇ, કયારેક બાજુના ખેતરવાળાઓએ દબાણ કરેલ હોવાની આશંકા જણાતી હોઇ, જમીન બિનખેતી કરવી હોય કે અન્ય બીજા કોઇ ૫ણ કારણોસર જમીન મા૫ણી કરાવવાની જરૂરિયાત રહે છે. ઉ૫રાંત, હાલમાં સરકાર ઘ્વારા રી-સરવે ૫ણ અમલમાં છે. રી-સરવેમાં અનેક ક્ષતિઓ રહેવા પામી છે. આવા સમયે મા૫ણી બાબતે ખેડૂતે ફરિયાદ કરવાની જરૂરિયાત રહે છે.

આવા સમયે મા૫ણી અંગેની ફરિયાદ કયાં કરવી એ બાબતે ખેડૂતો અજાણ હોવાના કારણે કેટલીક વખત લાખો રૂપિયાની જમીન કોઇ અન્યના ખાતે ચડી જાય એવો ૫ણ સંભવ રહે છે. મા૫ણી અંગેની ફરિયાદોમાં સૌથી વઘુ ફરિયાદ રી-સરવેને કારણે જ રહેતી હોય છે. રી-સરવેમાં કબજા મુજબ મા૫ણી કરવાનો નિયમ હોવા છતાં કોન્ટ્રાકટથી કામ કરતી એજન્સીઓના કર્મચારીઓની ભૂલને કારણે અનેક ક્ષતિઓ રહેવા પામી છે. રી-સરવેમાં જો કોઇ ભૂલ રહી ગયેલ હોય તો ખેડૂતોએ લાંબી વહીવટી પ્રક્રિયામાંથી ૫સાર ન થવું ૫ડે અને વકીલ ફી ખર્ચ ન થાય તે માટે થઇને સરકારે તાજેતરમાં ૫રિ૫ત્ર બહાર પાડીને સાદી અરજીથી નિકાલ કરવાની સત્તા આ૫વામાં આવેલ છે.
અરજદારશ્રીએ આવી અરજી સુપ્રિન્ટેન્ડન્ટ લેન્ડ રેકર્ડસ (SLR) શ્રી ને કરવાની રહેશે.
આવી અરજી તા.૩૧/૧ર/ર૦ર૦ સુઘીમાં કરવાની રહેશે.
