 વન્ય પ્રાણીઓ દ્વારા ખેડૂતોના પાકને નુકસાન થતું અટકાવવા ખેતરની ફરતે લોખંડના કાંટાળા તારની વાડ બનાવવા માટે ખેડૂતોને નાણાકીય સહાય આપવાની યોજના અમલમાં છે.

 યોજના :

 આ યોજના હેઠળ ખેડૂત /  ખેડૂતોએ જૂથમાં તેમની જમીનોનું ક્લસ્ટર બનાવી અરજી કરવાની રહેશે.  તમામ કેટેગરીના ખેડૂતો માટે ઓછામાં ઓછો પાંચ હેક્ટર નો વિસ્તાર માન્ય રહેશે.

 જમીનના ક્લસ્ટર અનુસાર લાભાર્થીઓના જૂથની અરજીઓ અંગે રનીંગ મીટર દીઠ રૂપિયા 200 અથવા ખરેખર થનાર ખર્ચના 50% બેમાંથી જે ઓછુ હોય તે મુજબ સહાય મંજુર કરવાની રહેશે.

 આઇ ખેડૂત પોર્ટલ મારફતે અરજી મેળવવાની રહેશે અને જિલ્લાવાર લક્ષ્યાંક ની ફાળવણી માટે રાજ્ય સરકારની મંજૂરી મેળવવાની રહેશે.  વધુ અરજીઓ આવે તેવા કિસ્સામાં online  ડ્રો system thi મંજૂરી આપવાની રહેશે.  પરંતુ વર્ષને અંતે ડ્રોમાં પસંદ ન થયેલ અરજીઓ પછીના વર્ષે કેરી ફોરવર્ડ કરવાની રહેશે જેથી લાભાર્થીએ ફરીથી અરજી કરવાની જરૂરિયાત ન રહે.

 અરજીને મંજૂરી આપતા પહેલા સ્થળ પર તાર ફેન્સીંગ કરેલ નથી તેને થર્ડ પાર્ટી  ઇન્સ્પેક્શન થી ચકાસણી કરવાની રહેશે તેમજ કામગીરી પુર્ણ થયા બાદ પણ થર્ડ પાર્ટી  ઇન્સ્પેક્શન થી ચકાસણી કરવાની રહેશે અને આખરી ચુકવણી થર્ડ પાર્ટી  ઇન્સ્પેક્શન રિપોર્ટ બાદ જ કરવાની રહેશે. ચકાસણી સમયે જીપીએસ લોકેશન  ટેગિંગ કરવાનું રહેશે. 

 અમલીકરણ આ યોજનાની અમલીકરણ એજન્સી ગુજરાત એગ્રો ઈન્ડસ્ટ્રીઝ કોર્પોરેશન લિમિટેડ રહેશે .

આ યોજનાના અમલીકરણ અંગેની માર્ગદર્શિકા /  guideline ગુજરાત એગ્રો ઈન્ડસ્ટ્રીઝ કોર્પોરેશન લિમિટેડ દ્વારા અલગથી બનાવવાની રહેશે અને રાજ્ય સરકાર પાસે મંજુર કરાવવાની રહેશે.

 નક્કી કરેલ ડિઝાઇન થી હલકી ગુણવત્તા અથવા ઓછા માલસામાન વાળી તારની વાડ ખેડૂતો બનાવી શકશે નહીં.  ખેડૂતના જૂથ દ્વારા વધુ ખર્ચે ફેન્સીંગ બનાવવામાં આવે તો નિર્ધારિત સહાય ઉપરાંતનો ખર્ચ ખેડૂતોએ કરવાનું રહેશે.

 ખેડૂત /  ખેડૂતોએ વાળ બનાવ્યા પછી તેને નિભાવણી /  જાળવણી સ્વખર્ચે કરવાની રહેશે.

 આ યોજનાનો લાભ ખેડૂતોને જે તે સર્વે નંબરમાં એક જ વખત મળશે અને અગાઉ આ યોજનાનો લાભ મળી ગયેલ હોય તે સર્વે નંબર માટે પુનઃ જૂથના સભ્ય તરીકે આ યોજનાનો લાભ મળી શકશે નહીં.

 આ યોજનાનો અમલ સમગ્ર રાજ્યમાં કરવાનો રહેશે.
