  • Many villages are allotted such plots for free so we also know them as maftiya plots.
  •  Such maftiya plots should be allotted in many such villages in our Gujarat
  •  About 100 times space is allotted in such maftiya plots
  •  And such maftiya plots are mostly allotted to the people by the poor people of the village

  • ગામતળ ની આજુબાજુ સરકારી ખરાબાની જમીન આવેલી હોય તો ગ્રામ પંચાયત પ્લોટ ફાળવવા માટે ઠરાવ કરી શકે છે 
  • અંતર ની આજુબાજુ સરકારી ખરાબા ના સરવે નંબર આવેલા હોય તો તેમાં ગ્રામ પંચાયત ગામની વસ્તી વધારે હોય તો નોટ ફાળવવા માટે દરખાસ્ત કરી શકે છે.
  •  આવા પ્લોટ મફતમાં અથવા તો વેચાણ માટે ગ્રામ પંચાયત ફાળવી શકે છે
  • ગ્રામ પંચાયત પ્લોટ પાડવા માટેના ઠરાવ કરી કલેકટરશ્રી પાસે મંજૂરી માટે મોકલી શકે છે
  • કલેકટરશ્રી પાસે આવી મંજૂરી આપવાની સત્તા રહેલી છે તે ગામતળ  વધારવાની મંજૂરી આપી શકે છે
  • કલેકટરશ્રી જો આવી દરખાસ્ત ને મંજૂરી આપે તો ગામ માં રહેલું તે ગામ તળ નવું ગામ તળ તરીકે ઓળખાય છે
  •  કારણકે ગામ નું જુનું ગામ તળ તો પહેલેથી જ હતું એટલે મંજૂરી આપવામાં આવેલું ગામતળ  ને આપણે નવાગામ તરીકે ઓળખીએ છીએ 
  • ઘણા ગામો આવા પ્લોટ મફતમાં ફાળવવામાં આવે છે એટલે આપણે તેને મફતીયા પ્લોટ તરીકે પણ ઓળખતા હોય છે
  •  આપણા ગુજરાતમાં આવા ઘણા ગામોમાં આવા મફતિયા પ્લોટ ફાળવવામાં આવે
  •  લગભગ ૧૦૦ વાર  ની જગ્યા આવા મફતિયા પ્લોટમાં ફાળવવામાં આવે છે
  •  અને મોટા ભાગે ગામના ગરીબ લોકોને દ્વારા લોકોને આવા મફતિયા પ્લોટ ફાળવવામાં આવતા હોય છે
