Rupani government gave Diwali gifts to more than five lakh officers / employees of the state government..
All officers / employees serving in the State Government will be given Rs. 10,000 as Festival Advance without interest on the occasion of Diwali New Year festivals.
This amount will be refunded in 10 monthly equal installments.
This amount will be paid through RuPay card to further encourage digital transactions.
In Gujarat, it has been found that people who have a ration car are also taking it. There were also complaints that people were going to get rations by car in front of a cheap food shop. Then the state government has taken a tough stance. Now car owners are not at a disadvantage if they go to take advantage of the relief. The supply department is also receiving complaints that car owners in the state are also taking advantage of the government's rationing. The supply department, in collaboration with the state's regional transport authority offices, will launch a special campaign to prevent vehicle owners from taking government benefits. The names of the bogus beneficiaries will be deducted from the ration card based on the data obtained by the RTO.
The names of the list provided by the RTO will be compared with the Aadhaar card.

આ રકમ 10 માસિક સરખા હપ્તામાં પરત લેવામાં આવશે.
ડિજિટલ ટ્રાન્જેક્શન ને વધુ પ્રોત્સાહિત કરવા આ રકમ RuPay કાર્ડના માધ્યમથી આપવામાં આવશે.
ગુજરાતમાં ગરીબોને અપાતું રાસન કાર ધરાવતા લોકો પણ લેતા હોવાનું સામે આવ્યું છે. સસ્તા અનાજની દુકાન આગળ કાર લઇને લોકો રાસન લેવા જતા હોવાની ફરિયાદ પણ સામે આવી હતી . ત્યારે રાજ્ય સરકારે કડક વલણ અખત્યાર કર્યું છે. હવે કાર ધરાવતા લોકો રાહતનો લાભ લેવા જશે તો તેમની ખેર નથી. રાજ્યમાં કાર ધરાવનાર લોકો પણ સરકારની રેશનીંગ નો લાભ લેતા હોવાની ફરિયાદો પુરવઠા વિભાગને મળી રહી છે. પુરવઠા વિભાગે રાજ્યની રિજનલ ટ્રાન્સપોર્ટ ઓથોરિટી કચેરીઓ સાથે મળીને વાહન ધરાવતા લોકોને સરકારી લાભ લેતા અટકાવવાની એક ખાસ ઝુંબેશ હાથ ધરવામાં આવશે. RTO દ્વારા મળેલા ડેટાને આધારે હાથ ધરાવનાર બોગસ લાભાર્થીઓના નામો રેશનીંગ કાર્ડ માંથી કમી કરવામાં આવશે.
RTO એ આપેલી યાદી ના નામો આધારકાર્ડ સાથે સરખાવવામાં આવશે.
ગુજરાતમાં 69 લાખ પરિવારના 3.36 કરોડ લોકો રાષ્ટ્રીય અન્ન સુરક્ષા કાયદા હેઠળ સામેલ છે. તેમને સસ્તા ભાવ ની અનાજ મળવાપાત્ર છે. સુખી સમૃદ્ધ લોકો પણ ગરીબો માટેની આ યોજનાનો લાભ લેતા હોવાનું ધ્યાને આવતા આવા બોગસ લાભાર્થીઓને હટાવવા નો આદેશ કરવામાં આવ્યો છે.
