સ્ટોક એક્સચેન્જે જણાવ્યું હતું કે જો સ્ટોકનું એક્સ ડિવિડન્ડ વેલ્યુ ફેસ વેલ્યુથી નીચે આવે છે, તો કંપનીના શેર ફેસ વેલ્યુ પર ટ્રેડ કરશે. આ કિસ્સામાં, ફેસ વેલ્યુ બજાર વેલ્યુ હશે.
બીએસઈ દ્વારા જારી કરાયેલા પરિપત્ર મુજબ એક્સ એક્સ ડિવિડન્ડ ફેસ વેલ્યુથી નીચે જાય તે પહેલા જો કંપનીના છેલ્લા ભાવ અને ડિવિડન્ડ વચ્ચેનો તફાવત,ફેેસ વેલ્યુથી નીચે જાય તો શેર ફેસ વેલ્યુ પર ટ્રેડ કરશે..
આ નિયમ બુધવારથી જ લાગુ થશે.
