  • ગંગાસ્વરૂપા આર્થિક સહાય યોજના માટેના અરજીપત્રકો કમિશ્નરશ્રી મહિલા અને બાળ વિકાસની કચેરી/  જિલ્લા કલેકટરશ્રીની કચેરી ઓ /  જિલ્લા મહિલા અને બાળ અધિકારીશ્રીની કચેરી ઓ /  પ્રાંત અધિકારીશ્રીની કચેરી ઓ /  તાલુકા મામલતદાર શ્રી ની કચેરી ઓ સાથે સાથે ઇ-ગ્રામ કેન્દ્ર પરથી પણ વિનામૂલ્યે ઉપલબ્ધ કરવાના રહેશે.

  •  ભરાયેલ અરજીપત્રક જે તે જિલ્લાના સંબંધિત તાલુકા મામલતદાર કચેરીમાં અથવા નજીકના ઇ-ગ્રામ સેન્ટર પર જમા કરાવી શકાશે.આ ઉપરાંત www.digitalgujarat.gov.in પરથી ઓનલાઈન અરજી પણ કરી શકાશે.

  •  ગ્રામ્ય કક્ષાએ ઇ-ગ્રામ સેન્ટર પરથી મળતી અરજીઓ ડીજીટલ ગુજરાત પોર્ટલ પર ઓનલાઇન અપલોડ કરવાની કામગીરી ગ્રામ કોમ્પ્યુટર સાહસિક (VCE) કરવાની રહેશે.

  •  ઉપરાંત મામલતદાર કચેરીમાં જમા કરવામાં આવતી અરજીઓ પણ જે તે કચેરી દ્વારા ડિજિટલ ગુજરાત પોર્ટલ પર ઓનલાઈન અપલોડ કરવાની રહેશે.

  •  ડીજીટલ ગુજરાત ની વેબસાઈટ www.digitalgujarat.gov.in  પર મળેલ અરજી પત્રકો ની જરૂરી ચકાસણી કર્યા બાદ તાલુકા મામલતદાર શ્રીએ સહાય મંજૂર /  નામંજૂર  ના આદેશો  ઓનલાઇન કરવાના રહેશે.

  •  તેની એક નકલ સંબંધિત લાભાર્થીને આપવાની રહેશે.

  •  આ અંગેની વિસ્તૃત સૂચનાઓ કમિશનરશ્રી,  મહિલા અને બાળ વિકાસની કચેરી દ્વારા અલગથી પ્રસિદ્ધ કરવાની રહેશે તેમ જ જરૂરી આનુષાંગિક વ્યવસ્થા ગોઠવવાની રહેશે.

  •  ગ્રામ્ય કક્ષાએ   ઈ ગ્રામ મારફતે ડીજીટલ ગુજરાત પોર્ટલ પર ઓનલાઈન અરજી ની કામગીરી કરવા માટે ઇ-ગ્રામ વિશ્વગ્રામ સોસાયટીને સેવા સુરત તરીકે લાભાર્થી દીઠ રૂપિયા 10 ની ચુકવણી કમિશ્નરશ્રી મહિલા અને બાળ વિકાસની કચેરી દ્વારા કરવાની રહેશે.

  •  અરજદાર દ્વારા આ માટે ઇ-ગ્રામ સેન્ટર ને કોઈ ચૂકવણી કરવાની રહેશે નહીં.

  •  મામલતદાર કચેરીઓમાં મળતી અરજીઓ  પરત્વે કરવાની થતી કામગીરી મહિલા અને બાળ વિકાસ વિભાગ દ્વારા ફાળવેલ ઓપરેટરો દ્વારા કરવાની થતી હોય જે તે કચેરીને આ કામગીરી માટે અલગથી કોઈ સેવા ચૂંટણી ચૂકવણી કરવાની રહેશે નહીં.


  • Application forms for Gangaswarupa Financial Assistance Scheme should be made available free of cost from the Office of the Commissioner, Women and Child Development / Office of the District Collector, Office of the District Women and Child Officer, Office of the Provincial Officer, Office of the Taluka Mamlatdar, as well as from the e-Gram Kendra.
  • The filled application form can be submitted to the concerned Taluka Mamlatdar office of that district or to the nearest e-Gram Center. In addition, online application can also be made from www.digitalgujarat.gov.in.
  • After the necessary verification of the application forms received on the website of Digital Gujarat www.digitalgujarat.gov.in, the Taluka Mamlatdar will have to order the approval / disapproval orders online.
  • At the village level, the applications received from the e-Gram Center will have to be uploaded online on the Digital Gujarat Portal by the Village Computer Entrepreneur (VCE). Apart from this, the applications submitted to the Mamlatdar's office will also have to be uploaded online on the Digital Gujarat Portal by that office. A copy will have to be given to the concerned beneficiary.
  • In order to process online application on digital Gujarat portal through e-village at village level, e-Gram Vishwagram Society as Seva Surat has to be paid Rs. 10 per beneficiary by the Office of the Commissioner, Women and Child Development.
  • Detailed instructions in this regard should be published separately by the Commissioner, Office of Women and Child Development and necessary ancillary arrangements should be made. No payment will be made by the applicant to the e-gram center for this.
  • Applications received in Mamlatdar offices are to be handled by the operators allotted by the Department of Women and Child Development who will not have to pay any service to the office separately for this purpose.
