Online application for measurement જમીન માપણી અંગે મહત્વનો પરિપત્ર

•  Various revenue services are being brought online through the use of online service by the state government to get services without direct contact with the public and employees through the use of technology in the state.
  
  
  
•  Having revenue services online has made the process faster, easier and more transparent.
•  The process of applying for measurement in the offices of the Land Registry Department was expedited and the matter was under consideration of the Government to be carried out by the applicant without direct contact with the office.
•  At the end of adult consideration, one more Revenue Service by the Government of India to measure the extent of the land, share the measurement and among the application to be applied to the applicant on the IORA portal and to issue the following instructions to the Land Office to carry out the measurement work through IMOJNI application. Was under the consideration of the Government.
•  The following instructions are circulated after active consideration in this regard.
•  Circular
• Applications for various measurements available on the IORA portal should be made online. The prescribed form will be generated from the system for the applicants to apply online and the guidance will be available on the IORA portal.
•  Online application for measurement can also be made from the Gram Panchayat office at the rate fixed by the Panchayat Department.
•  If any applicant is inconvenienced in applying online, he / she can also apply online by contacting the help desk in the District Inspector Land Office and with their help. For this, all the District Inspectors will have to assign one staff to help the applicants to facilitate the help desk in the Land Office.
•  In the first phase, the application for measurement of extent, share measurement among the farmer account holders can be done online then other types of measurement application will be done online in phases.
•  The applicant will have to apply for a separate measurement for each survey number. But in case of share measurement and extent measurement, if Pania is one of the same survey numbers, then as many numbers as required can be selected in a single application for measurement.
•  The priority of measurement will be of two types
• 1 Simple measurement - which has to be disposed of within 30 days from the date of payment receipt is generated.
• ન્ટ Urgent Measurement - Disposal of which payment receipt has not been generated has to be done on the 30th day.
• In case of share measurement, consent of all the occupants / stakeholders, area, clever direction, etc. running in village sample No. 2, system generates affidavit in this regard.
•  If the affidavit regarding the measurement of the share of the occupier less than the name of the occupants running in the village sample number 4 has been uploaded, the measurement will not be done.
•  The measuring surveyor will have to ensure that all the occupants are in the affidavit signed. If the signatures of all the occupants are not in the affidavit, then in case of non-measurement, the measurement fee will be fit and the measurement application will be rejected.

•  મહેસુલી સેવાઓ ઓનલાઇન થવાથી કાર્યપદ્ધતિ ઝડપી
• કાર્યપદ્ધતિ ઝડપી ,સરળ અને પારદર્શક બનેલ છે.
• પારદર્શક બનેલ છે.
•  જમીન દફતર ખાતાની કચેરીઓમાં માપણી માટેની અરજી કરવાની પ્રક્રિયા ઝડપી અને અરજદાર દ્વારા કચેરીના સીધા સંપર્ક વગર હાથ ધરાય તે બાબત સરકારની વિચારણા હેઠળ હતી.

•  પુખ્ત વિચારણાને અંતે સરકાર શ્રી દ્વારા વધુ એક મહેસૂલી સેવા જમીનની માપણી પૈકી જમીન ની હદ માપણી
• દ્વારા વધુ એક મહેસૂલી સેવા જમીનની માપણી પૈકી જમીન ની હદ માપણી,  હિસ્સા માપણી અને પૈકી માપણી કરાવવા માટેની અરજી
• કરાવવા માટેની અરજી IORA પોર્ટલ પર અરજદારને અરજી કરવા તેમજ જમીન દફતર ખાતાની કચેરીઓ ને માપણી કામગીરી
• કામગીરી IMOJNI એપ્લિકેશન મારફત કરવા નીચે મુજબની સૂચનાઓ પરિપત્રિત કરવાની બાબત સરકારશ્રી ની વિચારણા હેઠળ હતી.
• સરકારશ્રી ની વિચારણા હેઠળ હતી.
•  આ અંગે સક્રિય વિચારણા કરી નીચે મુજબની સૂચનાનો
• મુજબની સૂચનાનો  પરિપત્ર કરવામાં આવે છે.
